We will work with you to create a support plan that meets your needs and gives you the choice and control over how you receive support.
Our mobile business is based in Hyndburn and as well as the six townships within the Hyndburn area, we cover the Ribble Valley and Blackburn areas. We also offer services in North Lancashire in the Heysham and Lancaster areas.
We offer support to clients with a range of different needs related to learning disabilities; autism; mental health difficulties; and physical disabilities, that traditional home care providers often find a challenge.
We know that every individual is different, which is why we offer a bespoke support service that is tailored to your specific needs. Whether you need help with everyday tasks or you’re looking for someone to share new experiences with, we will be there for you.
Our team of dedicated and caring staff are here to help you live your best life. Depending on your needs, you will be partnered with either one person or a group from our team. We will try to keep you with the same friendly faces – this way, our support always has that personal touch.
Unlike traditional homecare providers, at Individual Choice Support we offer longer visits which provide welcoming company and support to our clients. We have the flexibility to change days or times to suit needs as most of our clients have both mental and physical needs that don’t fall into traditional support categories.
The motivation behind our services is to prevent social isolation and make sure our clients have a nice environment to live in, with emotional support and companionship to help them thrive. Everyone deserves to have a friend or a helping hand, and our team of qualified staff are dedicated to providing the best possible care.
All our staff are qualified in first aid, health and safety, moving and handling, and safeguarding. Plus, with 30 years of experience in the sector, you can trust us to provide high-quality support
